Acute Care Medical Device Sales - Manitoba

With decades of experience working across all acute care departments, our highly experienced team of sales and marketing professionals deliver results quickly for our manufacturing partners.
Andau is seeking a dynamic and energetic Acute Care Medical Device Sales Representative to help develop our product lines and grow market share within the acute care medical product industry in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The ideal candidate will effectively manage all aspects of our B2B sales cycle – from the initial market research to continuous relationship building with clients. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding your portfolio within your assigned territory work in partnership with the Andau functions to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. In return, Andau provides rigorous marketing campaigns and ongoing product training to support the ideal entrepreneurial candidate, as well as a generous commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities include active lead sourcing and qualifying through referrals, prospecting and cold calling on targeted decision makers; maintaining positive working relationships with all current accounts as well as upselling solutions for increased revenue generation; maintaining knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including competitors and competitive products and attending and participating in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and tradeshows as directed.
Requirements / Key Skills and Attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in direct sales with a proven sales track record
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in acute care medical product sales
• Strong past achievement record including quota attainment and exceeding sales objectives
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task, extreme attention to detail, and ability to prioritize
• Ability to successfully engage and interact with customers
• Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication
• Excellence in process management and organizational agility
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
